As Vice President of Workforce Management at Marriott International, he developed the company’s first-ever WFM organizational capability, delivering $200 million in annual labor savings and optimizing workforce strategies for nearly nearly 300 full-service hotels, 250+ select service hotels, and multiple CBA markets.
